Technical Manager - Landscaping Works Posted today Ref: SP018-99 Job description / Role Employment: Full Time Our client was established in 2004 in the UAE. They are one of the leading landscape maintenance and natural sports turf design, build and maintenance companies in the GCC. Their portfolio consists of range of projects carried out to international standards and specifications, ranging from 5 star celebrity golf courses to the Burj Al Arab. They are the 1st contractor to offer a sustainable approach to landscape maintenance and where possible offer solutions such as native plant selections, smart irrigation control systems, integrated pest management, materials and recycling of all biodegradable waste. This role is reporting directly to the General Manager. You will work alongside the management team & CEO in order to support new ideas technically to generate revenue for the business. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with the ability to open fresh relationships with major developers & contractors across the UAE. You must be driven to succeed, with a results orientated approach to your work. Job Responsibilities - Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan - Review materials, design etc in order to send to clients - Must be well versed in technical drawings & Auto CAD on landscaping projects - Solutions driven to current & prospect clients - Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.. - The ongoing training of your salespeople. - Developing your team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. - Promoting the organization and products. - Offering clients solutions to their landscaping issues Requirements Requirements - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering - 7 years minimum experience - Proven track record - Technically & commercially astute - Contractor background - UAE market experience is essential - Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. - Experience in customer relationship management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solutions driven. Starting salary is AED 20-22,000 per month + standard UAE benefits.
