to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background ineither Structural or Architectural disciplines
, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects through the Dubai Municipality (DM) approval process. You will be the technical authority, ensuring all designs and site works comply with local regulations and the highest quality standards.Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory:
ValidDubai Municipality (DM) Approval/Certification
as a Technical Manager.Highly Preferred:
DM Approval in the"Unlimited"
tier.Minimum of 3 years of post-approval experience in a technical management role within the UAE,
specifically dealing with DM procedures. In-depth knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and standard practices. Strong experience in navigating the DM permit and inspection system. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
