Job Description
- Must have Experience in Luxury Villa / Residential Projects mainly renovation
- At least 12 years previous working experience as a Technical Manager
- Bachelors in Civil or Architecture or Interior Designing or similar relevant field
- Experienced in working on fast track diversified projects
- Experienced working with planning and Fitout of residential or Villa projects
- Expert of technical drawings
- Experience with the latest software
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Candidates should be able to manage & coordinate Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Draftsman etc
- Should be able to handle 3,4 sites etc
