REQUIREMENTS

. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical

Engineering (as applicable). o Master's Degree in Engineering Management or related field is an advantage. o Valid UAE Society of Engineers Membership is an advantage. o Must hold or be eligible for Dubai Municipality/Abu Dhabi Municipality G+1 or higher classification as a Technical Manager or similar professional license. o Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. o Knowledge of UAE building codes, green building regulations, and relevant authority portals (e.g., DM, ADM, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees). Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering office or construction supervision,
with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven experience in UAE-based projects, especially residential, commercial, and
mixed-use developments.

Strong track record of coordinating with UAE government authorities for permits and
approvals.

Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Experience:
