Technical Manager
Job Description
The Technical Manager is responsible for leading and managing the technical operations. Ensuring the quality, compliance, and efficiency of all engineering activities. This includes overseeing design and supervision services, ensuring adherence to UAE municipal regulations, managing project deliverables, and providing technical support to engineers and project teams. The role also requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and government authorities to ensure timely project approvals and successful execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
Experience:
engineering office or construction supervision, : 10 years (Required)
leadership or managerial role.: 5 years (Required)
UAE-based projects, especially residential: 1 year (Required)
Strong track record of coordinating : 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
* Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. (Required)
