Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Manager (Post-Tension)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of post-tension works for various construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all technical aspects of post-tensioning works (design & execution). Review and approve shop drawings, design calculations, and method statements. Provide technical guidance to site teams and ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for design and execution issues. Ensure that post-tension works comply with international codes, standards, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources to achieve timely completion. Train and mentor engineers and supervisors on post-tension systems and methods.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum
8-12 years
of experience inpost-tension design and execution
, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial/lead role. Strong knowledge of international design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes). Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
