Full-TimeResponsibilities:
Oversee and manage Interior (ceiling and partition) projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. Monitor site progress, quality control, and health & safety compliance. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports. Resolve technical and contractual issues as they arise.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing ceiling and partition projects. Strong knowledge of gypsum, furring, metal stud systems, acoustic, and fire-rated ceiling and partition systems. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
