Job Title: Technical Manager - High Rise Project
Location:
Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical team in the planning, design, and execution of high-rise construction projects. Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize project delivery. Develop and implement technical strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality. Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and adherence to technical specifications. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for project stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure best practices are integrated into projects. Provide mentorship and training to team members on technical aspects and problem-solving techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in high-rise or large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices in the UAE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
