Urgent Hiring

Lead R&D projects to develop new concrete mix designs, improving durability, strength, and environmental performance. Research alternative raw materials and admixtures that can enhance product quality while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with suppliers and industry experts to stay updated on innovative products and technologies for concrete production. Create, evaluate, and optimize concrete mix designs to meet specific project requirements, performance standards, and customer needs. Supervise and mentor the R&D and QC teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and excellence. Conduct regular training sessions on new technologies, industry standards and quality procedures to ensure the technical team is well- informed and skilled. Provide Support to team members in complex problem- solving situations and encourage knowledge sharing across departments. Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop solutions for client- specific requirements Offer technical expertise on- site when necessary to oversee mix performance, assist in project planning, and resolve quality- related challenges. Participate in project kickoff meetings to understand client expectations and ensure alignments with technical capabilities
Qualifications

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Concrete Technology, or a related field.

? 10+ years of experience in concrete production, R&D, and quality control, preferably in the ready-mix industry.

? In-depth knowledge of concrete mix design, material properties, and testing protocols.

? Familiarity with ASTM, ACI, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.

? Proficiency in technical software for concrete mix design, QC, and data analysis.

? Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

? Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with effective communication skills. ? Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
