Research and Development
: Drive innovation in concrete technology, exploring new materials, mix designs, and production methods.?
Quality Control and Assurance
: Ensure consistent and high-quality output by implementing and maintaining rigorous QC standards.?
Technical Support and Problem Solving
: Act as the primary technical resource for internal teams and clients, addressing and resolving production and quality issues.?
Process Optimization
: Enhance production efficiency and sustainability through continuous improvement initiatives.?
Team Development
: Lead, mentor, and train the R&D and QC teams to maintain high standards of performance and industry expertise.Qualifications
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Concrete
Technology, or a related field.
? 10+ years of experience in concrete production, R&D, and quality control, preferably in the ready-mix industry.
? In-depth knowledge of concrete mix design, material properties, and testing protocols.
? Familiarity with ASTM, ACI, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
? Proficiency in technical software for concrete mix design, QC, and data analysis.
? Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
? Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with effective communication skills.
? Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers.
