Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings/documents. Oversee and manage engineering process in construction projects. Analyze and offer technical advice on construction submittals. Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Serve as the technical subject-matter expert and provide technical escalation support. Standardize processes and automate monitoring using relevant technologies. Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for project interruptions and establish preventive measures. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation. Communicate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and provide regular updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
:Bachelor's degree in Civil /Structural engineering, or a related field. 10 or more years of experience in a technical role within the construction industry preferably in high-rise building projects. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest construction technologies and trends. Experience with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software and practices. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
