Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Manager
with strong expertise injoinery production
to oversee and manage all technical aspects of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of joinery design, production methods, materials, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and production details. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Plan production schedules and monitor progress to meet project timelines. Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process. Resolve technical issues related to joinery design and production. Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. Optimize production resources, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum
8 years of UAE experience
injoinery or interior fit-out production
. Bachelor's degree or diploma inEngineering, Architecture, or related field
. Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production techniques, and detailing. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design/production software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Preferred:
Experience in
high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects
. Familiarity with modern production machinery and workflow systems.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
