We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team in Dubai Islands. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and coordination with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to guarantee the highest level of technical execution.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all technical aspects of construction projects, including design implementation, engineering solutions, and quality control. Review project drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure compliance with client requirements and UAE construction standards. Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and technical specifications. Conduct technical audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards. Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project progress updates for management and clients.
Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction technical management, preferably in large-scale projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and UAE regulations. Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex projects efficiently. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management and design software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent).
