Job Summary

Arrange shop drawings (full civil items shop drawings for project). Assist Project Manager in preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report and submit them in time. Preparation of material submittal. Managing materials availability required for division. In the Materials includes total materials received + previous materials -materials on sites - material transfer to other sites - material returned to supplier. Solved all technical problems in drawings and at site. High coordination between civil and MEP works. Arrange method of statement for the civil activity. Negotiation with all subcontractors and suppliers to get best quotation as per project specifications. Check the work at site to be matching with approved shop drawings and specifications. Propose technical ideas to save time and money. Negotiation with consultant and client to get variation cost depend on FIDIC contracts. Follow up with all subcontractors and suppliers to submit them shop drawings and materials on time. Strong knowledge of authorities requirements (Abu Dhabi/Dubai Municipality - Civil Defense - Green Building - Estidama.

Requirements

Have degree in civil engineering, construction Have 10+ years of experience related to UAE construction field with Major contracting companies
