Technical Manager
to lead and oversee all technical aspects of our construction projects.Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical department and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and local authority regulations. Review and approve technical submissions, including shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals. Provide engineering solutions and technical guidance to project teams across all project stages. Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on technical matters. Support the tendering and estimation teams in preparing technical proposals. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of project requirements. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards across all projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Minimum
10 years of experience
in the construction industry, with at least5 years in a technical/managerial role
in the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and authority approval processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).Job Type: Full-time
