Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Prospect, engage and reach out to new potential clients in the industry based on the recommendation by the management. Lead all technical operations in fit-out, MEP, fire protection, and cleaning services Supervise execution of AMC (PPM & RM) and project-based works across all divisions Approve technical designs, maintenance schedules, and BOQs Oversee quotation preparation and ensure technical and commercial accuracy Monitor resource allocation, team output, and cost efficiency Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and authority standards (e.g., DCD, DEWA) Act as escalation point for complex technical or operational issues Conduct technical audits, inspections, and quality control reviews Collaborate with commercial team on tenders, client presentations, and pricing Review engineer performance and implement staff development plans Coordinate multi-discipline integration of MEP works with civil activities Prepare departmental reports and performance dashboards Ensure all engineering projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to stay on track Complies with all HPFM's Integrated Management Systems (IMS) policies, procedures, and support for the effective implementation of IMS

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
