Alghurair Interiors is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Technical Manager
to lead and oversee the technical aspects of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial and residential interior projects, with deep knowledge of joinery, materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical team to ensure accurate drawings, detailing, and BOQs. Oversee design development, value engineering, and technical submittals. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Ensure timely approval of shop drawings and material submittals. Manage technical documentation and ensure adherence to project timelines. Review and resolve technical challenges across multiple ongoing projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of proven experience in a similar technical leadership role within the interior fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of joinery, materials, AutoCAD, and relevant design software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
