Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Technical Manager

to oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, with a strong focus on villa developments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering, project coordination, and technical documentation, along with proven leadership abilities in managing multi-disciplinary teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical team through the design, planning, and execution stages of residential (villa) projects. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of technically sound solutions. Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations. Resolve technical issues on-site and provide strategic input during all phases of the project lifecycle. Monitor and control technical progress, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met. Provide technical support and guidance to the project execution team, ensuring optimal performance. Ensure full compliance with UAE/GCC building codes, authority regulations, and safety standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment. Evaluate contractor and vendor technical submissions and recommend approvals. Support procurement and budgeting processes through technical inputs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 15-20 years of experience in technical/project management within the construction industry. Proven track record in managing

villa or high-end residential projects

. Strong experience in UAE or GCC is

required

. Deep understanding of local authority regulations, construction methods, and technical standards. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant engineering/design software.

Preferred Attributes:

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to AED27,000.00 per month
