Responsibilities:
Formulate cost estimates and ensured accessibility to appropriate materials and tools. Rendere technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects. Diagnose and initiated troubleshooting equipment as required. Allocate tasks and orchestrated meetings and training sessions required. Involve in designing precast elements and forms, conducting design analysis. Develop sketches, marking-up drawings, and writing specifications, etc. Conduct quality control after casting the different types of elements, including molds or others before casting the elements. Coordinate with the clients for implementing the construction and civil engineering programs. Conduct structural analysis for identifying the best design. Involve in projects from the concept and detail of the design through implementation. Prepare sketches, marking-up, drawings, and writing specifications, etc. Conduct structural inspections/assessments and make appropriate recommendations. Communicate with government and local authorities.
Requirements & Skills:
-20 YEARS EXPERIENCE-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven work experience as an Technical Manager or similar role Dubai Municipality Engineer - Unlimited Floors Well versed in AutoCad, STAAD Software, and Revits
