Job Purpose:

- Drive specific panel business development initiatives, in existing and new markets, segments and applications in Asia.

- Deliver techno-commercial support to the Asian panel sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the regional management in driving ongoing market & sales development initiatives as per strategy.

- Maintain existing and develop new markets in the MENA Region.

- Contribute to, support & where required, drive initiatives & marketing programs targeting end clients, specifiers and regulators to position company as the partner of choice for Net Zero Emission building envelopes.

- Develop a solid understanding of building codes and practices in each market, working closely with the regional management, sales team & technical function. Identify opportunities arising for company panels.

- Represent organization in relevant industry bodies and supporting their activities, alongside the regional management & sales team.

- Manage strategic test programs, focus fire, working closely with the regional technical function and regional management.

- Project-specific, techno-commercial pre-sales & specification support.

- Support the MENA sales team in securing major & strategic projects.

- Develop & execute targeted techno-commercial training programs.

- Other techno-commercial business development tasks and projects as they may arise.

Job Requirements:

- Must possess 10+ years of technical engineering experience out of which minimum 4 years should be in UAE.

- Working with Technical Piping solutions, pumps, water treatment/District Cooling/Oil & Gas.

- Should possess Mechanical Engineering background.

- Technical insulated panels & application know-how is key, ideally in a technical role.

- Exposure to panel specification & sales processes.

- Ability to think strategically, and balance longer term strategic initiatives with shorter term techno-commercial support work.

- Good communication & presentation skills.

- Nationality: European.

- Good commercial acumen (prior sales experience is not a must).

Key Relationships:

- End clients, architects & other specifiers.

- Regulators, government bodies, industry associations.

- Transactional customers, specialist contractors, builders.

- Other stakeholders such as 3rd party testing houses, consultants.
