Technical Manager
Job Description
Correspondence & Interface with Developers & Non -UDC PMC/ main contractors, for pilot Hand- over, Design & constructions matter.
Review Developers Reports on deliverable submittals of completeness.
Suggest, Modify and Implement the Development and Construction Regulation.
Review Work produced( Drawings & Calculations), by Consultants for both towers and Villas.
Recommend changes in design to resolve code interpretation, problems and accommodate and control new materials and new design concepts.
Evaluate and report on design work-scope changes and variations and make recommendations as appropriate.
Review Developers/ Main Contractors Planning, construction schedules and forms, for approval.
Supervise the preparation monthly and interim progress reports to identifying status, issues and the elements requiring decision by EP.
Aware of QHSE Management system.
Aware of Customer Requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR19,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
Design, Construction, Development: 10 years (Preferred)
Language:
English & Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:
