Technical Manager (civil)

Job Description
Responsible for managing all technical aspects of civil engineering projects, including design coordination, quality assurance, site support, and stakeholder communication. Ensures that construction complies with standards, regulations, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate structural and architectural designs. Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve design issues. Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Approve materials, monitor execution, and conduct technical audits.
Skills Required:
Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, etc. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with IS/NBC codes and QA/QC practices.
