Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Technical Managers (Civil) to join a reputable building contractor in Dubai. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in high-rise or villa construction projects within the UAE and will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Review and approve architectural and structural designs, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements
- Coordinate between consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
- Lead value engineering processes and propose cost-effective technical solutions
- Monitor progress and resolve technical issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to local authority requirements and industry best practices
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
- Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and documentation
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 810 years of experience in the UAE construction sector
- Proven experience in managing technical operations of high-rise buildings and/or villa projects
- Excellent knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and authority procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant tools
