Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Technical Manager
to lead our facade & aluminium engineering operations. The ideal candidate will oversee design development, drawing approvals, technical coordination, and project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise design, drafting & engineering teams. Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings & as-built drawings. Manage technical workflow from design to installation stages. Coordinate with clients, consultants & internal project teams. Ensure system compliance for curtain wall, glazing, cladding & aluminium works. Provide technical support to estimation, production & site teams. Implement value engineering solutions and system improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience
in aluminium & facade industry (5+ years in a senior/lead role). Strong knowledge of facade systems, engineering details & standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering software, facade calculations & approvals. Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
