Technical Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles
Proven project management and planning skills
Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Thorough knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines
Flexibility to relocate or travel between project sites
Valid driver's license
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is an advantage
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment

The candidate should be resident in UAE and have UAE experience.
