Job Description
We are seeking a qualified
Technical Manager
with the following profile:Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a Technical Manager role Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Strong background in steel structures for industrial, warehouse, residential, and mixed-use projects Proven experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions (ADM, ADCD, Estidama, ADDC, etc.) Solid knowledge of BIM coordination and workflows Capable of leading technical coordination and managing design consultants and subcontractors Able to support procurement in preparing technical bid packages Experience working closely with planning and QS teams on programmes and quantity verification Skilled in handling multiple projects at the same time within a design and build environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
