Job Description
We are seeking a
Technical Interior Design Architect
with 7 to 10 years of experience (minimum 5 years in the UAE) to undertake the design of primarily residential projects. You will be involved in the design process, from conceptual development to detailed design, and liaise with stakeholders to manage and execute the design.Requirements and skills:-
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
Expertise in technical detailing, translating concept design to drawing.
. Proposing technical solutions
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Illustrator, and other design programs.
Excellent portfolio of previous works, converting the design to drawing details & joineries
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
Communication, presentation& Project management skills
Experienced in coordinating with other disciplines such as MEP, lighting consultant, Architecture, Structure etc.
Bachelor's degree in Interior design or similar
