Job Title: Technical Quality Inspector- AS332/ AS565/ AS350/ AS550/ AS555

We currently have a vacancy to join a leading provider of comprehensive aviation services based in the Middle East, as a Technical Quality Inspector on the following aircraft- AS332/ AS565/ AS350/ AS550/ AS555. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi and offers a full relocation package for the successful candidate.
The company specialises in delivering customised aviation maintenance, repair, overhaul, logistics and supply chain services to military and civil aviation customers across the region. Whilst their head office is based in Abu Dhabi, they have a number of operational facilities across various UAE military bases and aviation sites. The company plays a key role in supporting the UAE Armed Forces and other regional air forces. They support a wide range of both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft including military helicopters such as Black Hawks, Chinooks and Apaches as well as transport aircraft such as C130 Hercules. Their services include line and base maintenance, avionics, airframe and engine repair and comprehensive logistical support.
Reporting to the Quality Control & Engineering Supervisor, the Technical Quality Inspector performs scheduled/ unscheduled and preventative maintenance actions, alterations and modifications on rotary wing aircraft (both military and commercial) prior to, during and post flight test activities in support of their maintenance operations.
The operation works a 24 hour shift pattern comprising of 3 x 8 hour shifts so you will be expected to work a mixture of days and nights.
Main Responsibilities:

• Perform production installations, maintenance, preventative maintenance and alterations on aircraft structure, systems, sub-systems, including electrical and avionics on standard or experimental certificated aircraft.

• Troubleshoot, inspect, test, repair, service aircraft and engine systems to prepare aircraft for flight.

• Identify and document any nonconforming materials, hardware, software, tools, parts, assemblies, or portions thereof, according to specifications, processes, and procedures.

• Perform Aviation Maintenance Technician Inspection tasks in order to obtain and maintain knowledge, skills and required certifications.

• Perform audit/surveillance of all manufacturing and quality assurance processes, according to specifications, processes, and procedures.

• Responsible for the submission of the Quality Deficiency Reports when required and for the Quality Control assistance during aircraft incidents and accidents.

• Perform Quality functions such as: Configuration Change Verification, Conformity Inspections, Airworthiness Inspections (including Pre-flight and Post-flights), Corrective Action and Investigations.

• Use technical specifications, sketches, manuals, drawings, engineering instructions and OEM forms and publications to accomplish work assignment.

• Knowledge in the use and care of associated tools, test equipment and ground support equipment.

• Maintain Company and Customer required forms and records.

• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
