Technical English Instructor - Electrical Systems (Naval/Maritime)

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

2 weeks (10 working days)

Job Summary


We are hiring a Technical English Instructor specialized in

naval/maritime electrical systems

to deliver a targeted English course to Arabic-speaking trainees. The goal is to improve technical communication and terminology use in electrical operations, troubleshooting, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver an

Electrical Systems Technical English

course aligned with operational requirements. Tailor materials for Arabic-speaking personnel while maintaining technical precision. Run interactive exercises (fault reporting, safety communication, procedures, toolbox talks). Evaluate learners (pre/post) and provide progress tracking. Provide post-training feedback summary and recommendations.

Course Focus (Electrical Systems)


Technical English vocabulary and communication related to:

Power generation and distribution Electrical circuits, controls, and equipment Operational/safety communication, incident reporting

Deliverables (Mandatory)

Course syllabus and learning objectives Custom training materials + terminology glossary Exercises + assessments Pre- and post-course evaluations Attendance records + certificates Materials ready for review/approval

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

ESP/Technical English training experience with adult professionals. Strong familiarity with

electrical systems terminology

(marine/naval preferred). Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-native English speakers.
