About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Engineer with strong experience in fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all technical aspects of the fit-out works are executed according to project standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.

Review project specifications, design drawings, and material submissions.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate technical execution.

Perform site inspections to verify installation alignment with approved drawings.

Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies during construction.

Ensure compliance with UAE codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Support the procurement process with technical evaluations and material approvals.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of all technical deliverables.

Requirements:

Must be based in the UAE.

3-5 years of experience as a Technical Engineer in fit-out projects within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes, materials, and finishing details.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design/technical software.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and quality.
