Job Summary:
Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly skilled
Technical Engineer
with extensive experience in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical execution, quality assurance, and construction supervision to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret
design drawings, specifications, and contracts

Provide
technical guidance
to project teams and contractors.
Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with
quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Coordinate with planning, procurement, and site teams for smooth project delivery.
Identify technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
Assist in preparing technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Participate in site inspections, audits, and technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the UAE
as a Technical Engineer in infrastructure or construction projects.
Civil Engineering degree or diploma.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical standards.
Proficient in reviewing drawings and preparing technical documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
