Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret
architectural and structural drawings
, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with
consultants, project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
for technical clarifications.
Prepare and review
shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical submissions
.
Ensure construction activities comply with
approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority requirements
.
Resolve technical issues at site and provide
practical engineering solutions
.
Assist in
value engineering
and constructability reviews.
Monitor site execution to ensure
quality standards and design intent
are maintained.
Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
Support authority approvals and consultant inspections as required.
Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
