Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Engineer

to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in

construction and real estate development

, specifically with

high-rise building projects

. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and engineering guidance across all project stages.

Review, interpret, and approve technical drawings, design documents, and material submittals.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

Oversee compliance with UAE building regulations, construction codes, and industry standards.

Support project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering activities.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality assurance and adherence to design requirements.

Assist in resolving technical challenges and proposing innovative engineering solutions.

Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE construction and real estate development sector.

Demonstrated experience working on high-rise building projects (mandatory).

Strong understanding of UAE building codes, construction standards, and approval processes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
