The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the construction or real estate industry and a solid understanding of technical drawings, coordination processes, and NOC (No Objection Certificate) procedures from local authorities and utility providers. This role is site-based and requires strong communication, documentation, and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for execution on-site.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with design intent.
Manage and track NOC applications and approvals from relevant authorities (e.g., DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense, Municipality, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date records of design drawings, technical submissions, and NOC documents.
Support project engineers and site managers in the implementation of construction plans.
Identify and raise any discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate timely resolution.
Assist in the preparation and submission of technical documentation and method statements.
Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved technical specifications and drawings.
Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely material submittals and approvals.
Participate in technical meetings and coordination workshops with project stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the construction or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of technical coordination procedures and site execution.
Familiar with NOC processes and documentation requirements in UAE (preferred).
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently on site and manage multiple coordination tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
