Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Conduct technical assessments to ensure compliance with project standards and codes.
Provide technical support to site engineers and supervisors during construction activities.
Monitor material submittals and approvals in coordination with procurement and QA/QC departments.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting to project management.
Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Liaise with authorities and consultants for design approvals and technical clarifications.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction of high-rise buildings.
UAE experience is mandatory especially within Dubai.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera.
Solid understanding of structural, MEP, and architectural systems in high-rise construction.
Regulatory Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of Dubai regulations and authority requirements (DDA, DM, DEWA, Civil Defense).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
