We are a UAE based Building Materials Trading & Sub-contracting company in constructions field. We are currently looking for a Technical Engineer having minimum 1 year of UAE experience in same field, having University Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent along with the CAD Diploma. Below are the required Skills and responsibilities for the said position:
- Preparation & Submission of Submittals.
- Preparation & Submission of Shop drawings.
- Technical revealing of the drawings, Extracting Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Raise MIR and WIR in all projects where works are done.
- Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan.
- Participate in inspections, site meeting.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. and submit to management etc.
- Should hold Bachelor Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and other software.
