Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled

Technical Engineer

to support our high-rise construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing technical documentation, coordinate with site teams, and ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing

shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documents

for consultant approval. Support site engineers in monitoring

construction activities

to ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE standards. Coordinate with

subcontractors and suppliers

for material submittals, method statements, and approvals. Perform

quantity take-offs

and assist in preparing

BOQs, cost estimates, and variation claims

. Prepare

daily and weekly site progress reports

for project management. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities for

inspections and approvals

. Ensure

HSE standards

and quality control procedures are followed on-site. Provide technical support during execution and assist in resolving

design/site-related issues

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum

3 years' experience

in high-rise construction projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software

. Good

communication and coordination skills

to liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Attention to detail

and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
