Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
Review project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare technical drawings, including site plans, layouts, and construction details, using AutoCAD software.
Develop and review method statements for construction activities.
Annalise material submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare compliance statements and documentation for regulatory approvals.
Conduct site inspections to assess construction progress and quality.
Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
Identify and address any technical issues or discrepancies on-site.
Manage and respond to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) issued from project sites.
Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and track NCR resolutions to ensure timely closure.
Participate in quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractor
