Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Technical Engineer

with a background in

Acoustics

or

Interior Fit-Out

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing technical project submissions, assisting with design and drawing work, and coordinating across teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Project Submissions

Prepare and compile comprehensive technical submittals, including method statements, material approvals, and compliance documentation. Ensure all submissions are aligned with project specifications, regulatory standards, and client requirements. Review and respond to client/consultant comments or revisions on submittals in a timely manner.

2. Design & Drawing Assistance

Support the design team by preparing and reviewing CAD drawings, shop drawings, and layout plans. Assist in the development of technical design details, especially in acoustic treatments or interior fit-out systems. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical discrepancies.

3. Project Coordination

Act as a technical liaison between site teams, design consultants, and the project management team. Monitor and track project milestones, technical deliverables, and drawing approvals. Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings as needed. Assist in resolving technical site issues and propose value engineering solutions when applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 1

-2 years of experience

in a similar role within the

acoustics

or

interior fit-out

industry. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

Revit

, and other relevant design/drafting tools. Solid understanding of acoustic systems, interior finishes, and MEP coordination. Familiarity with project documentation and submission workflows in construction environments. Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
