Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Technical Engineer (Civil)

to support our engineering and construction teams with technical solutions, coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate should be a

Civil Engineering graduate

with

at least 10 years of experience

in a similar role, preferably within the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify discrepancies Provide technical solutions and clarifications for construction teams on-site Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for client/consultant approval Support the project team during various phases from planning through execution Conduct technical reviews and ensure quality control throughout the construction process Liaise with procurement and QA/QC teams to ensure proper material selection and approval

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 10 years of experience

in a technical engineering role in the construction industry Experience in high-rise buildings, villa developments, or infrastructure projects in the UAE Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and local regulations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
