Job Description

We are looking for a

Technical Engineer

with

5-8 years of experience

in

high-rise building or villa projects

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, reviewing drawings, and ensuring project execution aligns with design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for consistency and accuracy Provide technical support to project teams during design, pre-construction, and construction phases Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and construction standards Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and construction details Conduct site visits to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and standards Assist in value engineering and design optimization Manage technical documentation and drawing records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

5-8 years of relevant experience

in

high-rise or villa construction projects

in the UAE or GCC In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and UAE building codes Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM is a plus Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities
