We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer with proven experience in facade systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing high-quality fit-out works--both interior and exterior--with a strong focus on technical compliance and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret facade drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals for facade-related works.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with DM regulations and project standards.
Oversee the execution of facade works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Participate in site inspections and secure necessary approvals from Dubai Municipality and other authorities.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to curtain wall, cladding, aluminum, and glass systems.
Collaborate with procurement and subcontractors for timely material delivery and fabrication accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Engineering (mandatory).
Must be Dubai Municipality approved/licensed engineer.
Minimum 2 years experience in facade/external fit-out works.
Strong knowledge of facade systems (e.g., curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing).
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings.
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
