We are looking for a Technical Engineer with 5+ years' experience in fit-out and exhibition projects, who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Review IFC drawings and prepare shop drawings, joinery details, and technical documents
Coordinate with design, site, and subcontractor teams
Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals
Provide on-site technical support and resolve construction issues
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for approvals
Ensure works meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in fit-out and exhibition projects
Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD / Revit is a plus
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
Available to join immediately
