Job Description

We are seeking a qualified

Technical Engineer

with at least 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry, specializing in

fit-out and exhibition projects

. The role requires strong technical expertise in preparing drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring seamless execution of high-quality interiors and exhibition installations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to bridge design with execution to deliver innovative and precise project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

:

Review IFC drawings and prepare/coordinate shop drawings, technical details, and project documentation. Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with design and project requirements. Prepare and review material submittals, method statements, and technical reports. Provide technical support to site teams, resolving issues and ensuring works are executed as per specifications. Manage documentation through control systems and tendering platforms. Support the procurement team with technical inputs for materials and suppliers. Ensure technical deliverables align with project schedules and quality standards. Participate in meetings to address technical matters and coordinate project progress. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress/quality reports. Assist in value engineering, cost estimation, and variations when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. Minimum

5+ years of experience

in a similar technical or coordination role. Experience in the

construction industry

is highly preferred, with focus on

fit-out and exhibition works

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with document control systems and tendering platforms. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/coordination software is an advantage. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to read, understand, and process technical information and drawings. High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
