Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Engineer in civil/infra/building projects, with solid exposure to high-end villas and residential developments in the UAE.
Strong background in technical documentation
Experience in coordinating with design consultants, site engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
Familiarity with UAE construction codes, regulations, and authority approval processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
