We are looking for an experienced technical engineer to take care of our landscaping projects, irrigation systems and design implementation as per the standards and approved drawings.
Generate high-quality CAD Shop Drawing, As-Built Drawing, Construction Detail, and Design Development drawings for landscaping projects under the direction of the Design Manager and Landscape Architect.
Analyse sketches, drawings, and specifications to assess design factors and procedures, and adjust as necessary.
Update drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and improvements, while adhering to international drafting standards.
Making a 3D designs by using (Real-time-Landscape, 3D max, Sketch up and Lumion).
Direct surveying, construction, material testing, operations, and maintenance the activities at project site.
Assessing damaged irrigation sites and hydraulic constructions (maps, drawings).
Design Review and Approval: Evaluate landscape designs and drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications, feasibility, and aesthetic standards.
Prepare and manage shop drawings, specifications, and as-built documents for all landscape-related works.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape components seamlessly into the project.
Assess and approve landscape materials, including plants, paving, and irrigation systems, ensuring sustainability and quality.
Guide and support junior engineers and site teams in executing landscape tasks to maintain quality and productivity.
Track project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of landscape works.
Managing and supervising all technical aspects of landscape projects.
Reviewing and approving landscape designs, preparing detailed shop drawings, and ensuring that all project documentation aligns with client and project requirements.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of landscape elements into broader construction workflows.
Focus on compliance, I ensure that all landscape works meet local environmental and safety standards.
Deliver innovative and functional landscape solutions that enhance the project's overall appeal and sustainability.
