About the Role:

We are hiring a

Technical Engineer

with a strong background in

finishing systems

and

structural surface preparation

for luxury interior and exterior applications. The successful candidate will oversee the readiness of substrates, manage the integration of eco-friendly materials, and ensure technical compliance with design and sustainability standards.

This role combines

material science, structural compatibility analysis

, and

on-site coordination

, making it ideal for professionals who can bridge engineering with architectural finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate

substrate conditions

and

structural readiness

for the application of finishing systems. Ensure structural surfaces are properly prepared for

load-bearing compatibility

, movement joints, and long-term durability. Assess and validate

surface stability, adhesion properties, and reinforcement needs

before applying materials. Oversee the

technical application of materials

on

walls, floors, ceilings, and facades

, including curved and complex surfaces. Ensure compatibility of

concrete, block, or precast substrates

with systems like

microcement, lime plasters, decorative concrete, and rammed earth

. Provide technical recommendations for

moisture barriers

,

anti-crack mesh

,

priming systems

, and curing methods. Coordinate with

architects, consultants, and applicators

to ensure compliance with

performance and design specifications

. Ensure alignment with

BREEAM

,

LEED

, and

Vision 2030

sustainability standards. Provide technical training to applicators on

mixing ratios

,

application sequences

,

surface timing

, and

curing processes

. Identify and mitigate potential

structural challenges

during the finishing stage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline

3-5 years

of relevant technical experience in

finishing systems

,

substrate preparation

, and

structural interface detailing

Proven understanding of

material compatibility

,

structural behavior

, and

surface protection strategies

Site coordination experience across

luxury/high-end interior and facade projects

Familiarity with

eco-conscious materials

and sustainability compliance standards
