5 years of relevant experience in the UAE

Excellent ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and plans.
Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on project site experience.
Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support on-site and assist execution teams.
Review shop drawings and coordinate with different engineering departments.
Ensure that all work complies with approved specifications and quality standards.
Communicate with suppliers and consultants to resolve technical issues.
Prepare technical reports and document project progress.
