Job Overview:

Modular General Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled

Technical Draftsman

with a minimum of

5 years of experience

in construction drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Design:

Prepare detailed technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD). Develop accurate 2D and 3D models based on project specifications. Ensure all designs comply with company standards and project guidelines.

Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to gather and clarify design requirements. Incorporate design changes and updates as needed. Communicate with the site team to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.

Quality Control:

Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure all drawings are aligned with project timelines and budgets. Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.

Technical Support:

Provide technical input and support to the project team. Assist in improving drafting standards and processes within the company. Stay updated on the latest drafting techniques, software, and industry trends.

Requirements:

? Diploma or bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, or engineering.
? Minimum of

5 years of experience

in construction drafting.
? Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
? Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
? Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
