Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role involves creating professional documents and presentation materials that clearly explain our products and solutions to customers, partners, and internal teams. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to produce user-friendly manuals, guides, and release notes -- and enhance them with well-designed visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as: User manuals Solution & deployment guides Release notes and change logs Design and enhance documents with visual/graphic elements for better readability. Build professional presentations in MS PowerPoint (or similar) for product, solution, and sales use cases. Work closely with product and engineering teams to collect technical inputs and translate them into simple, structured documents. Ensure consistency, clarity, and version control across all documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or technical qualification in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field (Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not mandatory). 2-4 years of experience in technical writing/documentation (telecom or IT background preferred). Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, WLAN, routing, access points). Strong command of English (writing, editing, and communication). Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint). Ability to create and edit graphics using Photoshop or similar software. Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical content. Must be available in Dubai, UAE for face-to-face interview and onboarding.
